User data in Stud.IP
In Stud.IP, data as
- Name, first name
- Academic degree
- Name affixes (e.g. aristocratic title)
are directly synchronized with the related administration data. The synchronization takes place with every login. Changing these information is not the responsibility of the Stud.IP support team. The relevant administration departments of the university must be contacted here:
Student --> Student secretariat (studierendensekretariatuni-rostockde)
Staff member ---> Human Resources Department
As a principle, the university email address must be used as email address:
firstname.name@uni-rostock.de.
This address is centrally allocated and used for official mailings. The Stud.IP support team cannot make any changes here.
