current problems
On occasion, we advise you to contact our Unibox support team at ITMZ if you have any problems, questions or suggestions.
Please refrain from contacting the software manufacturer directly.
Internet Explorer is not supported. The Unibox can only be used to a limited extent with Internet Explorer. Please use an alternative browser, e.g. Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

In the current version there is a problem that a document (docx, xlsx, pptx, pdf, etc.) shared via a link cannot be downloaded.
This problem will be fixed in the next software version, until then there is a workaround.
By default, the link to the document is set up as follows: unibox.uni-rostock.degetlink/abC1d2EFgji3klMn4opQr5sTuvW/Beispiel%20Dokument.docx.
By modifying this link it is possible that the file is downloaded: unibox.uni-rostock.dedl/abC1d2EFgji3klMn4opQr5sTuvW/Beispiel%20Dokument.docx

Works via web browser on iOS
Working with the web browser on iOS is currently functionally limited.
Currently it is not possible under iOS in any web browser to upload data in the Unibox. We have already passed this problem on to the software manufacturer.
A better alternative is the use of the iOS app, which is available in the App Store.
If you would like to open or edit a document online using OnlyOffice via your iOS device in the web browser, then you must allow pop-ups for your web browser, these are disabled by default on iOS. Depending on the web browser, this setting can be found in the settings menu of the browser (eg Mozialla Firefox) or in the settings of the iOS device (for example for Safari).
